The Head of the Science and Technology Department at Girton Grammar School plays a pivotal role in shaping and driving the school's teaching and learning strategies.

The Head of Department is responsible for delivering the school's pedagogical model across the department to a high standard, ensuring that all students are provided with the opportunities and support they need to excel academically and personally.
