As the Department Head, you will play a pivotal role in managing and training the Property Managers and Assistants. This is a genuinely exciting and varied opportunity and ideal for someone looking to step up and manage a small team.
The Benefits:
High Salary- $115,000 - $120,000 + Super

Manage a small team of Property Managers
Duties include but are not limited to:
Lead and manage a team of property managers.
Develop and implement detailed property management plans.
KPI Monitoring.
Build positive relationships.
Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve company goals.
Ideal Candidate:
Queensland Real Estate Salesperson Certificate.
Australian Drivers Licence.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent knowledge of real estate laws, leasing practices, and property operations.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with a track record of achieving financial and operational targets.
Organised and efficient: Excellent time management.
To be successful, you must have previous experience within Management in Real Estate and preferably come from a Property Manager background. You will be professional, mature with excellent time management skills and a flexible approach to turn your hand to whatever the situation requires.
