experienced Team Leader or Head of Department to join and lead their team.This agency has a proven track record for producing superior results and for providing an enjoyable place to work.

The Role:Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Managing a team of up to 15 staffOverseeing the rent roll of 1,500 and ensuring the smooth running of the officeTrust accounting and rent receiptingRecruitment for new staff and onboardingOnboarding new managements as requiredHandling complaints from landlords, tenantsHolding meetings and 1:1s with the teamOrganise team incentives & drive performance

The Candidate:Previous experience as a
