Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Managing a team of up to 15 staff Overseeing the rent roll of 1,500 and ensuring the smooth running of the office Trust accounting and rent receipting Recruitment for new staff and onboarding Onboarding new managements as required Handling complaints from landlords, tenants Holding meetings and 1:1s with the team Organise team incentives & drive performance The Candidate:
Previous experience as a Head of Department, Team Leader, or Office Manager is essential Ability to manage and lead a team Demonstrated ability to update, develop, implement, and evaluate policies, procedures, and programs Experience with QCAT, team management and conflict resolution Current QLD Certificate of Registration How to Apply
