About the RoleSuitable applicants will demonstrate the following attributes:
Lead the school's HPE Department and STAR Excellence programs to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.Expert curriculum knowledge of Health and Physical Education learning areas within QCAA and ACARA curriculum.Ability to lead a dynamic team of teachers across faculties to implement, monitor and review excellence programs within the school.Manage the human, financial, facilities and curriculum resources of the HPE and STAR Departments to achieve AIP goals.Instructional leadership of curriculum and pedagogy.Effective communication skills and a high level of relational capacity.Please refer to the attached role description for any mandatory requirements for this position.
