This is a new temporary position at Heatley Secondary College with a focus on Junior Secondary and transition to and within the college.
The Head of Department Junior Secondary will be responsible for leading pedagogical and support policies and programs which promote effective transition into the college from our local schools and throughout the junior school.
The right person for this position will have exceptional people skills and will provide another critical layer to the large wellbeing team at Heatley Secondary College. The ability to build relationships with all stakeholders and work within a dynamic and positive team is crucial to the success of the role.
