About Us
We are a small rural school with big opportunities for our local young people.
Our goal is to provide our students with equal or better programmes and initiatives than those offered in larger schools.
Our small school spirit means that every student is known, every student is supported, and every student's individual strengths are recognised.
Curriculum
Our range of curriculum goes beyond what you'd expect.
From traditional academic excellence such as biology in our fully equipped laboratories and agricultural science on our student-run ag plot, to practical pathways like hospitality in our commercial venue the Country Cookhouse or film & television with our industry equipment.
Our curriculum offerings are always flexible, and tailored to meet the evolving interests of our current cohort.
Wellbeing
Our Student Engagement and Wellbeing Framework takes a proactive approach to facilitating connections between students and their school, community, and educational outcomes.
It places emphasis on the school as central to our young people's daily lives, as a place of more than instruction.
Opportunity
From our personal growth programme that focuses on social skills and practical life education, to our annual arts production, contemporary music lessons, district sporting competitions, student council, and our recreational enrichment programme, we help every student to unearth their passion.
Our Team
Our staff team is made up of professional educators who employ evidence-based teaching strategies, backed by our caring and passionate support staff who facilitate connections.
Together, we know every single young person in our school, and focus on delivering personalised learning for every student's individual goals.
Facilities
Amongst our lovingly manicured gardens are our well-maintained buildings, modernised and fitted with the technology required to deliver 21st century education, including Wi-Fi and Touchboards.
Our specialist learning facilities including function centre and manufacturing workshops are industry-standard.
