We Are Looking For:

An experienced Property Management Department Head with a proven track record of managing, leading, and mentoring large property management teams. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, highly professional, and possess extensive industry knowledge.

The Role: Managing a large team of 20 Property Managers/ Leasing Executives Absolutely no portfolio management - You will be overseeing the entire rent roll Lead by example, motivate the team & encourage them to succeed Oversee and implement strategies & procedures Ensure KPI's are met across the entire team Strategic and operational planning, facilitate weekly meetings Investigate and manage escalated issues with your team and external clientele Provide ongoing mentoring & training to areas of need Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to improve staff retention and recognition Working within the Leadership Team to ensure profitability and growth Analysing & preparing budgets for your department You will have a seat at the table! Your opinion will be highly regarded The Candidate:
Must have Department Head experience in Property Management Experience with managing large teams & large rental portfolios Motivating, innovative & driven to succeed Ability to prioritize your own and your team's time Conflict Resolution - highly experienced with NCAT & Tribunals Lead a highly successful department! Develop team strengths and improve areas needing further development Current Certificate of Registration (License is preferred) This is a highly desirable position that is sure to be snatched up!
