Head of Department - Humanities POL 2 The ability to teach VCE will be advantageous. The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children and young people.
The successful applicant will possess the skills and abilities necessary to provide our OLSH students with a rich and rewarding educational experience. The Head of Department Humanities will be collegial and able to embrace a team-based approach to teaching and learning.
The successful candidate will be appropriately qualified, demonstrate enthusiasm and a passion for girls' education, and have the ability to provide outstanding leadership for the continued development of the Humanities department. The Head of Department Humanities will have a deep care for our students and the ability to collaborate within the Curriculum Team, with the Leadership Team, and with all staff.
The Head of Department Humanities is a Position of Leadership (POL 2) and a member of the College Curriculum Team.
The successful applicant will hold Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration or qualify for this registration and must have the right to work in Australia.
