Additionally, we provide relocation and accommodation assistance, commitment to ongoing professional development, including conference and sabbatical leave, in addition to annual leave entitlements.A dynamic team environment and daily flights to Melbourne and Sydney make this role appealing.The RoleContribute to the provision of high-quality inpatient and outpatient care to public and private patients of the Royal Hobart Hospital (RHH) in General Medicine.Contribute to the Department of General Medicine's afterhours and weekend roster.Provide professional leadership to medical, nursing, and allied health staff and foster interdisciplinary teamwork.Be actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, as well as trainee and IMG supervision and mentoring.Be involved in research and undertake quality improvement activities.Actively support and participate in service development to improve current services and develop new services in the Department of General Medicine.About the HospitalThe Royal Hobart Hospital is the tertiary referral centre for the state of Tasmania.
