About the role
We're looking for a Head of Data & Analytics to join our talented IT & Digital Enablement team in our Clayton, Melbourne office. In this high impact leadership role, you'll be responsible for growing a team of professional data scientists/engineers to build robust data, analytical, science, and AI practices that deliver insights. You'll be growing the organisation and increasing competitive advantage through the alignment of people, process, and technology. As a thought leader, you'll leverage your strategic capability and contribute to the team's collaborative approach to tech strategy, represent a future-oriented view of the evolving fields, and contribute to making the business ready to adapt, adopt, and harness the advantages for capability, efficiency, and growth. You will focus on co-creating with the business how AI can be strategically leveraged, safely utilised, and deployed throughout the organisation to drive efficiency so people can focus on value creation.
