As the Head of Security Consulting and Compliance, reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer, you will lead our security consulting practice and drive the enhancement of cybersecurity across IT projects and Business As Usual (BAU) operations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to ensure the implementation of security patterns and designs that are best suited to the organisation's environment. You will play a key role in driving the elimination of technical debt and phasing out legacy technologies, contributing to a more secure and modern infrastructure.
A few of your responsibilities: Define the skills, experience and career frameworks required to deliver the capital project portfolio with the Cyber ResilienceUnderstand capital project, business change and ongoing assurance supply requirements to ensure fulfillment of demand and full utilisation of all cyber specialistsDynamically resource the team to meet demand including selection, on-boarding, specialist induction and feedback.Provide line management for all resources within the assigned practice area including leadership, coaching, performance management and quality assurancePerform Cyber Consultancies for major strategic projects as requiredWhat we are looking for: Demonstrated ability and proven 7-10+ years cyber management consulting and experience with preparing presentations and reports for executive and senior managementProven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across business and technology staffDemonstrated experience in delivering communications and training activitiesDemonstrated ability to understand and manage process documentationAccredited tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Governance, Business or a related disciplineAbout you: You have a strong background in managing the lifecycle of cybersecurity, you excel at building strong, collaborative relationships across all levels of an organisation. Your expertise ensures that security strategies are effectively communicated and implemented, fostering a culture of trust and proactive risk management.
