With a clear focus on email strategies, customer reviews, loyalty programs, and CRM management, your leadership will establish lifecycle marketing as a cornerstone of our success.Here's what your role will involve:Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing lifecycle marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.Develop and manage the department's strategic direction, goals, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Lifecycle Marketing StrategyDefine and execute a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy, focusing on retention, engagement, and loyalty to maximise customer lifetime value.Build the function from the ground up, establishing key processes and strategies to support sustainable growth.Own and oversee all lifecycle campaigns, including email and SMS, using Klaviyo's advanced features.Hands-On ExecutionPlay an active role in developing and executing email campaigns, automation workflows, and loyalty initiatives while scaling the team.CRM and HubSpot ManagementOversee and optimise the use of HubSpot as a CRM tool to improve customer journey tracking and data integration.Ensure that all customer data is accurate and actionable to inform targeted marketing efforts.Lead the development and optimisation of targeted, personalised email and SMS campaigns that engage customers at every stage of the lifecycle.Ensure a seamless customer journey through automated workflows such as welcome series, abandoned cart recovery, and re-engagement campaigns.Loyalty Program DevelopmentDesign and implement loyalty initiatives to reward repeat customers and foster long-term engagement.Monitor and evaluate loyalty program performance, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.Customer Review StrategyDevelop and execute strategies to encourage customer reviews and feedback, leveraging them to build trust and social proof.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to amplify positive reviews and address any areas of concern.Establish and oversee testing frameworks, including A/B testing for email content, subject lines, and workflows.Regularly analyse performance metrics across email, loyalty, review strategies, and CRM data to identify trends and improve outcomes.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with Sales, Design, and Client Success teams to align messaging and maximise customer engagement opportunities across all channels.Advocate for lifecycle marketing initiatives and educate internal teams on their value and impact.What We're Looking For:We're after a results-driven leader with a passion for lifecycle marketing, CRM management, and building customer loyalty.Proven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and grow high-performing teams.Klaviyo Expertise: Advanced experience in designing campaigns, workflows, and audience segmentation.HubSpot & CRM Experience: Hands-on experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, including setup, management, and optimisation.Loyalty & Reviews Focus: Experience implementing successful loyalty programs and review strategies.Strategic Vision: Strong ability to set goals and align lifecycle marketing with overall business objectives.Data-Driven: Advanced analytical skills with expertise in campaign optimisation and performance tracking.Creative Innovation: Expertise in crafting engaging, personalised campaigns.Collaboration Skills: Exceptional communication and ability to work cross-functionally.Hands-On Approach: Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to execute campaigns and build processes while the team scales.Why You'll Love Working With Us:At Digital Six, we believe in working smart, celebrating success, and creating a collaborative environment where you can thrive.
