You will oversee product development from concept to execution, manage a diverse team of culinary professionals, and maintain the brand's presence across multiple platforms.Key Responsibilities:Culinary Leadership: Direct and curate the recipe portfolio, driving innovation and managing the full product development process, including budgeting, photography, and nutritional analysis.Brand and Content Management: Develop and uphold the brand's vision, creative direction, and visual identity. Oversee the content strategy and manage the production of engaging content across social media and other platforms.Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain commercial and strategic partnerships that support the brand's growth and objectives.Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of culinary professionals, including full-time, part-time, and contract staff such as photographers, stylists, and recipe developers.Procurement: Ensure the quality and integrity of ingredients, optimize costs, and develop relationships with suppliers that align with the brand's promise.Technology Integration: Collaborate with technology teams to enhance content management systems and develop tools that improve product development and customer experience.We are seeking a Chef level foodie with the added experience to manage brand and content.
