Join icare's Strategic Partnering and Performance TeamPermanent Role, hybrid working environment based in Newcastle/SydneyVery competitive salary on offerAbout the Role This role works closely with key third-party providers and icare teams to focus on and facilitate ongoing improvement in performance of the Workers Compensation schemes through analysis of the performance, identifying opportunities for performance uplift and operationalising recommendations to embed ongoing improvement to both TMF and NI scheme performance.
Works with a range of internal and external stakeholders to assess and prioritise operational initiatives to enable the uplift of individual Claims Service Provider (CSP) efficiency or performance.
This role collaborates with the Heads of Partnering and Performance to drive effective CSP performance outcomes across workers compensation (TMF and NI).
Duties As Head of CSP Performance, you will:
Monitor and mitigate scheme performance risks and manage CSP actions and remediation plans across NI and TMF schemes (program, technology, legislation, standards of practice, etc).Enable implementation of the commercial and contractual obligations including legal and legislative uplifts to the WC contractual requirements.Review and execute medical providers and allied health strategies and performance outcomes.Consult and engage within icare to support the General Manager Strategic Partnering and Performance in the delivery and execution of the CSP performance management and uplift.Enable and support our CSPs to maximise performance and the experience of Those we Serve.Support performance monitoring across the workers compensation scheme to identify key trends and drive ongoing performance improvement.Oversee CSP obligations and embed performance improvement across the WC schemes.Build strategies to improve performance in the scheme for medical providers, allied health, and medical health outcomes.Analyse external factors that impact the workers compensation schemes inclusive of emerging social, environmental, other jurisdiction, and stakeholder issues.Lead, develop and mentor a core performance team to work productively and collaboratively with CSPs to achieve business requirements, corporate objectives, and stakeholder expectations.Make decisions that impact the Accounts and Performance component of the NI and TMF schemes, within the delegation as per the icare and CSP contract.Escalate/manage risks in accordance with icare policy and New South Wales Public Service expectations.Culture We know our strength comes from the diversity of our people and encourage people with different experiences and backgrounds to apply.
