All you need to do is come in and really shape, define and lead the entire internal creative services and production team.
Reporting to the inspiring CMO you will lead and drive excellence and best practice across both the internal creative design team as well as the internal production team.
You will ensure a seamless, consistent and efficient creative process ensuring the team are hitting creative and production deadlines on time, on budget and that all brand guidelines are adhered to!Key responsibilitiesYou will drive the development and execution of innovative campaigns, ensuring consistency, relevance, and impact.
From concept to delivery, you will oversee the entire creative and production process, leveraging your experience to inspire excellence and foster collaboration with all internal stakeholders including the digital, CRM, brand and marketing teams.
You will also do the following: Lead, mentor, and empower a team of designers, copywriters, production managers and other creatives, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement Develop and implement a cohesive creative strategy aligned with business objectives and brand values.
You will work across all channels especially TV/Radio/Instore/Digital Drive the ideation and execution of high-impact campaigns, from initial concept development to final delivery, ensuring alignment with target audience and market trends Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, optimizing efficiency and maximizing ROI Oversee the development of compelling visual assets for print, digital, social media, and other channels, maintaining brand consistency and relevance.
The successful applicant will have Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field Proven experience in a similar role, preferably big brand experience within the retail or consumer goods industry or alternatively agency experience (- years experience approx) Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and production excellence across multiple mediums, with a keen eye for detail, efficiency and best practice Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of building and inspiring high-performing teams.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and adapt to changing priorities.
