About the Role
As a passionate marketer and planner, you will collaborate closely with our Senior Leadership Team and other members of our marketing department to develop and execute a multi-channel B2B content strategy that increases brand awareness, attracts more qualified leads, and accelerates our pre-established member acquisition flywheel.

Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Planning:

Develop a comprehensive, multi-channel content marketing strategy that aligns with the company's broader marketing and business goals.
Plan and manage a content calendar that is tailored to the nuances of each platform.
Content Creation & Management:
Oversee the creation of a wide variety of content formats including, but not limited to, social media posts, newsletters, landing pages, VSLs, blog articles, and podcast episodes.
Manage in-house content creators, freelancers/agencies/contractors, and contributing members to ensure high-quality output is delivered on time, every time.
Develop and implement a mix of free and paid distribution strategies to ensure content reaches the right audiences through all active channels.
Collaborate with the demand generation team on a continual basis to ensure content efforts are attracting, nurturing, and converting sales qualified leads (SQLs).
Performance Measurement & Optimization:
Use and advocate for the creation or procurement of analytics tools to track content performance, including reach, engagement, and conversion metrics by channel.
Continuously adjust and optimize content strategies based on insights from internal data analysis to improve sales and marketing performance.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Recruit, manage, and lead a talented team of content creators, which will include a variety of disciplines, experience levels, and engagement types.
Work closely with stakeholders across all departments – marketing, sales, product, and customer success – to extract our best ideas, execute our long-term vision, and share insights with other team leaders.
Skills and Experience:
The successful candidate will possess the following:

5 years + experience as Head of Content or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced business – or a seasoned Content candidate looking to take the next step.
Ability to think strategically and operate autonomously.
High emotional intelligence and empathy for others.
Excellence with optimizing performance on major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Experience with Hubspot is advantageous.
