You are a driven individual with a great attitude to work.MUST have a minimum of 10-20+ years leading a team for a Top Tier Builder OR Developer in a Senior Role.You are currently reporting to the Board of Directors as these roles report directly to the top of this multi-billion luxury developer.These roles will oversee a team and a portfolio of projects delivering top-tier luxury, high-rise towers and master-planned communities.You are someone we want to hear from you if you hold either a Construction Director, Project Director, General Manager, or Head of Construction position.MUST hold at least one Tertiary qualification in either Construction Management or Civil Engineering.Have a great understanding of projects from acquisition through to executionOn offer:
