These positions are pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of complex and high-profile developments. Australian candidates with extensive expertise in handling high-value projects with top-tier builders or developers are highly encouraged to apply especially if you are experienced in delivering luxury high-rise mixed-use commercial towers and master-planned community projects end to end.
You are a driven individual with a great attitude to work.
MUST have a minimum of 10-20+ years working for a Top Tier Builder OR Developer in a Senior Role.
You are currently reporting to the Board of Directors as this role will report directly to the President of this multi-billion luxury developer.
This role will oversee a team and a portfolio of projects delivering top-tier luxury, high-rise towers and master-planned communities.
You are someone we want to hear from you if you hold either a Construction Director, Project Director, General Manager, or Head of Construction position.
MUST hold at least one Tertiary qualification in either Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
