About the Head of Communications role
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling?
Do you excel in dynamic environments, leading communication efforts and building strong relationships?
Westminster School invites you to apply for the permanent position of Head of Communications.
As Head of Communications, you will shape and convey Westminster's brand, vision, and values in a leadership position that oversees the development and execution of comprehensive communication strategies to enhance the school's reputation, engage the community, and support the School's strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities include:
Develop and implement PR strategies.
Lead crisis communication plans.
Oversee internal and external communications.
Manage publications and newsletters.
Contribute to website content and digital communications.
Draft speeches for senior leadership, providing advice and guidance.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or related field.
Extensive experience in communications, preferably in education or non-profit sectors.
Proven track record in PR, crisis communications, and media relations.
Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management ability.
