Care+Wear is a fast-paced startup located in the heart of NYC working to ensure each person feels like themselves in the hospital.
We were founded in 2014 with a vision to incorporate fashion and innovation into healthwear solutions, striving to improve patient comfort and satisfaction while streamlining the treatment process for clinicians.

We use a comprehensive design thinking approach, working in conjunction with the end users, clinicians and designers to create products that provide the highest quality, function and experience.
Today, the company is working with over 80 hospital systems and governments globally including leading systems such as Mayo Clinic, Kaiser Permanente, UVA, and the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Overview Our ideal Head of Commercial Sales candidate is someone who is strategic, a quick thinker, and a problem solver.
A strong network in healthcare and with hospital management is preferred.
You will have the opportunity to flex your experience and creativity, developing and executing growth strategies and helping revolutionize the healthcare industry.
It is important to have a good track record of pitching, generating leads and new clients, negotiating contracts and closing deals.
This candidate is a team player both externally and internally and someone who manages relationships well.
In addition to owning our commercial pipeline, this candidate will also have operational responsibilities including internal processes, recruiting and interacting with marketing and product teams.
This role reports directly to the CEO and is based in our NY office.

Responsibilities Account Management:
Own holistic enterprise accounts management, including but not limited to: Acquiring and developing prospective leads Maintaining and expanding existing client relationships through ongoing communication and periodic visits Following up after order delivery to ensure customer satisfaction Commercial Operations:
Maintain and optimize all sales collateral, including decks, contracts, assets, and documentation such as key objections and answers.
Build processes around metric reporting for analysis and review at all levels of the organization.
Maintain documentation on key processes, policies and training.
Be a key player in the annual planning cycle for organization.
Identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process and implement action plans.
Recruiting, training and leading a best-in-class Sales Team.
Lead weekly sales meetings to set team goals and report progress.
Log activity and lead/account information daily using our CRM.
Manage the sales team with a focus on hospitals, cancer centers, and governments.
Responsible for all aspects of sales development and of sales OKR achievement.
Responsible for coordinating with Marketing and Product, as well as other internal resources, to drive sales objectives.
Ability to prioritize, establish timelines and support incoming needs.
Desire and willingness to roll up your sleeves and develop and execute on the sales strategy for the organization.
Participate in special events including but not limited to health fairs, promotional events and conferences.
Responsible for developing and implementing Care+Wear commercial sales strategy from budgeting to strategy to execution.
Serve as a key member of the Company's executive management team and be responsible for presenting to key clients, investors, and stakeholders.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred.
Previous experience in hospital sales and healthcare strongly preferred with previous enterprise level healthcare startup experience a major plus.
Proven ability to generate outbound hospital sales and exceed monthly sales goals.
Passion for helping others with a positive and collaborative attitude.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit who takes a proactive approach to business operations.
Good at multitasking while not losing attention to detail.
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and CRM tools preferred (Hubspot CRM experience a plus).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Flexible schedule allowing for frequent travel required.
What is our in-office policy?
We embrace a hybrid work model that allows for 3 days in office, 2 days remote per week.
With that in mind, we are looking for candidates that will be based full-time in/around NYC.

Salary Expectations: Salary ranges between $100,000-$120,000 with significant commission structure and equity as well.
