Growth Journey.Role OverviewWith a dual reporting line to the local CFO and global parent, this Head of Commercial Finance will provide strategic decision support to the CFO and all business stakeholders. You will drive commerciality of the operations of the business and will be a key contact for all finance related issues. This Head of Commercial Finance will be responsible for creating innovative initiatives relating to process improvement and cost optimisation whilst identifying growth opportunities for further expansion and market share.In addition, your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing the team of 5 to deliver annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting processes. You will provide performance analytics to enable better decision making and support with the preparation of monthly analysis of the results and variance commentary providing insights into business performance.This Head of Commercial Finance will have a strong focus on generating and driving business and process improvement initiatives. This position requires an analytical mind that can also influence people across all levels of business. The successful applicant who takes this role will be fast tracked through to senior management and thus will require a career focused attitude.Candidate ProfileYou are a CA or CPA qualified commercial finance leader with strong experience as a Commercial Manager in FMCG, Retail or manufacturing. You have extensive commercial analysis experience, have owned a budgeting/ FP&A process, and can provide modelling and analysis for decision support at a local and global level.You have proven capability in utilising TM1 and other BI tools to provide optimum, and accurate reporting. Stakeholder engagement is a key strength, and you are comfortable partnering with all business stakeholders including leading your team.
