The Head of Commercial Finance reports directly to the CFO providing financial leadership and support to our brands. As a seasoned leader, with your team you will partner with the business to drive value creation.
The key accountabilities of the role include:
Leadership of effective brand performance management - Driving achievement of brand financial targets and strategy by effective reporting, analysis and insights including benchmarking across brands.Driving effective business partnering within the commercial finance team to identify brand performance risks and mitigation and value creation opportunities.Providing financial leadership of short-term and medium-term financial budgeting and planning for brands ensuring effective financial modelling to reflect brand strategy and growth targets.Providing financial leadership and commercial guidance for key brand strategic initiatives including oversight of business case development and other financial analysis as required.Providing financial leadership to ensure core merchandise principles are applied consistently across brands to drive optimum stock levels in line with trading patterns.Leadership & mentorship of commercial finance team to ensure an effective and consistent business partnering approach across all brand and channel stakeholders.We are looking for a commercial thinker and leader who is comfortable to take a hands on approach, be across the detail without getting stuck in it. With a strong ability to influence across all levels of the business, partnered with the below;
