The organisation is about to enter a growth phase that will see the business target new markets in the BPO/Contact Centre space.As the Head of Commercial Finance, you will be responsible for elevating the commercial finance function through the development of strategic and proactive business partnering. You will work closely with the Executive leadership team and Allegro business to shape a finance strategy that fosters growth and financial stability.In this role, you will:Team: Lead a team of 3 with a focus on collaboration, professional growth and continuous improvement that contributes to a culture of high performance.Commercial Analytics: Drive revenue growth and profitability through the development and implementation of insightful and interactive reporting dashboards.Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting cycle, developing driver-based models to accurately forecast business performance.Pricing: Support sales and tender submissions to ensure new programs of work are priced appropriately and contract risks are articulated.Growth: Support strategic growth initiatives with clear and informative financial analysis and reporting that supports sound decision making.Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with Executive leaders to align and execute commercial goals and deliver monthly Board and Management reporting.What will you bring:You are a senior finance professional with experience in similar commercial settings, ideally with exposure to private equity backed businesses. You are a hands-on leader, comfortable in the detail and willing to roll up your sleeves to deliver on the strategy and growth aspirations of the business.What you'll bring:CA/CPA Qualified.Relevant professional experience from within Big 4/FP&A in complex organisations.An expert user of Microsoft Excel (Incl.
