Over the past four years, Fujitsu Oceania has made strategic acquisitions across Australia and New Zealand, building the foundation for its Digital Acceleration Services business. With over 500 full-time employees, Digital Acceleration Services operates at the forefront of our customer needs, offering a comprehensive suite of Professional and Managed Services in Cloud, Cybersecurity, Business Applications and Data & AI.
The Head of Cloud and Modern Workplace will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, growth, and success of Cloud and Modern Workplace in Australia and New Zealand.
Reporting into the Head of DAS, they will work closely to develop and implement business strategies that align with Fujitsu Oceania's vision, purpose, and values. The Head of Cloud and Modern Workplace will also serve as its public face and represent the business with customers, prospective customers and competitors.
While there is some flexibility regarding the location of the successful candidate, the preference is for the role to be Canberra based.
About you
Requirements and Experience:
8-12 years of experience in a similar role / proven track record of success as a senior executive in a relevant industry.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in financial management, running a P&L and understanding of business analytics.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and rapidly changing business environment.
Current or reinstatable AGSVA Security Clearance is desirable
This is a key leadership role, and we are looking for a collaborative forward-thinking leader who will work with peers across the broader Fujitsu ecosystem to achieve alignment between Fujitsu's vision and customer engagements.
