ResponsibilitiesServe as the main liaison between the agency and its clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication.Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships to foster client loyalty and trust.Strategic Planning and ExecutionCollaborate with clients to understand their marketing objectives and develop tailored strategies that align with their goals.Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet client expectations and deliver desired outcomes.Team Leadership and DevelopmentManage and inspire a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and setting performance standards.Facilitate professional development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.Performance Monitoring and ReportingTrack and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness.Prepare and present detailed reports to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.Business DevelopmentIdentify opportunities for account growth by proposing additional services or innovative solutions.Participate in acquiring new business to expand the agency's client portfolio.Operational EfficiencyEnsure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.Optimize internal processes to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.Skills & Experience Required10+ years of relevant Digital Marketing experience with at least 3+ years in leadership roles working in a Digital Marketing agency.Proven track record of managing high-value clients and building long-term relationships.Experience with performance marketing, content marketing, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
A deep understanding of digital advertising channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn).Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams (e.g., account managers, strategists, and creative professionals).History of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
Experience working closely with clients to identify objectives, set KPIs, and deliver on marketing campaigns.Experience in growing client accounts and identifying upselling opportunities.
Proven ability to deliver profitable outcomes while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.High EQ to navigate client challenges, resolve conflicts, and inspire team members.
Demonstrated ability to balance empathy and assertiveness in leadership and client interactions.Exceptional organizational skills to juggle multiple clients, campaigns, and deadlines.
