What you'll do Strategic Roadmap Development: Interpret Cartology's strategy and translate it into a prioritised roadmap of marketing propositions and programs that ladder up to masterbrand - CartologyTeam Leadership: Lead and develop the Marketing Propositions team, fostering a positive culture that encourages innovation, creativity, and high performance. Provide mentorship and guidance to Channel Managers to drive their professional growth.Program Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of all marketing programs, working closely with the Marketing Activation & Comms teams for execution.
