This role will lead a team of experts to define, manage and deliver a prioritised propositions roadmap and end-to-end programs of work that delights clients and drives revenue across Australia and NZ. Through meticulous understanding of client and internal needs, the market, and competitors, this Senior leader will develop go-to-market (GTM) opportunities and points of view in collaboration with key internal stakeholders (e.g. Research & Insights, Vertical teams, Data and Tech, Product, Intelligence & effectiveness etc). What you'll do Strategic Roadmap Development: Interpret Cartology's strategy and translate it into a prioritised roadmap of marketing propositions and programs that ladder up to masterbrand - Cartology. Team Leadership: Lead and develop the Marketing Propositions team, fostering a positive culture that encourages innovation, creativity, and high performance. Provide mentorship and guidance to Channel Managers to drive their professional growth. Program Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of all marketing programs, working closely with the Marketing Activation & Comms teams for execution. Ensure all initiatives align with the company's strategic objectives and meet defined success metrics. Insight-Led Proposition Development: Partner with the Research and Insights team to leverage data and market intelligence in crafting compelling propositions. Ensure all marketing initiatives are grounded in robust insights that address client needs and market opportunities.
