About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Business Development professional with a track record of raising capital to join the growing team in Sydney. In this role, you will:
Build and manage relationships with investors, including high-net-worth individuals and financial institutions. Lead capital-raising efforts for a first mortgage fund and specific projects. Travel nationally to represent the company and engage with investors. Collaborate closely with marketing and lending teams to refine communication strategies and deliver results. Key Responsibilities: Proactively develop new investor relationships while maintaining and enhancing existing ones. Manage and update the investor database to ensure seamless communication and engagement. Work with internal teams to create compelling investment documents and outreach materials. Represent the business with professionalism and integrity at networking events. What We're Looking For: A strong, established network of potential investors and a proven track record in capital raising. At least 6 years of experience in investor relations, business development, or a similar role within a financial institution. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, collaborative, and eager to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation. A tertiary qualification in a relevant field is desirable but not essential.
