Are you a seasoned capital raising professional with a strong existing network of potential high-net-worth investors, wealth managers, or financial institutions?

About the Company:
This established investment house focuses on the provision of private finance to, and strategic investment in, Australian property. With $1 billion worth of funds invested into 250 loans over a 15-year period, this organisation has built a reputation of excellence, trust, and high accountability. They will never be the largest at what they do, but they aim to be the best at what they do.

About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Business Development professional with a track record of raising capital to join the growing team in Sydney. In this role, you will:

Build and manage relationships with investors, including high-net-worth individuals and financial institutions. Lead capital-raising efforts for a first mortgage fund and specific projects. At least 6 years of experience in investor relations, business development, or a similar role within a financial institution. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, collaborative, and eager to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation. A tertiary qualification in a relevant field is desirable but not essential. What's on Offer: The chance to work with a team that values professionalism, collaboration, and personal growth. Flexible work arrangements to support work-life integration. An inclusive and innovative workplace culture. Competitive remuneration, negotiable based on experience and network.
