Kairos Community College is a small, independent school offering a flexible and supportive approach to young people in Years 10 to 12 to achieve their education and training aspirations.
Operating for almost a decade, our original campus is in Deception Bay and our Caloundra campus proudly welcomed a full cohort for the first time in 2022.
Our amazing staff are proud of their role in helping 100% of our Year 12 students achieve their QCE every year since our inception.
An opportunity has become available for a Head of Campus to join our Tribe on a permanent, full-time basis, with the successful candidate commencing Term 1 2025.
We are seeking a highly skilled leader who leads by example, manages campuses, and is willing to grow with the role.
The ideal candidate will be highly relational and genuinely interested in developing relationships with young people while upholding key structures within the school.
You will have the ability to create and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment with high expectations.
