Experiencing exponential growth in the past 5 years, our client is now one of Australia's largest property investment advisory teams. A values-driven business with a mission to guide their members on an exciting wealth-creation journey, they are continuing to grow and expand, and are seeking an experienced Data / Business Intelligence professional to enhance business performance going forward.
Position Overview:
The Head of Business Intelligence will play a pivotal role in shaping the business strategy through data-driven insights and analysis. Focused on data and insights across 3 key Divisions, this position involves overseeing market research, analytics, and reporting to guide decision-making and enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Lead: Identifying and creating new metrics and reporting that helps drive business decisions and aligns with the company's goals.Data Analytics: Utilise advanced analytical tools and methodologies to derive actionable insights from complex datasets, supporting investment decisions and operational improvements.Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate insights to internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accessibility of information.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, marketing, and operations, to develop & integrate insights into overall business strategy.Stakeholder Engagement: Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and other stakeholders, fostering a data-driven culture across the organization.Team Development: Mentor and develop team members (off-shore), fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must be a team player who is passionate about systems and data. Additionally, you will have:
Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce/Business, Economics or similar.3+ years proven analyst, financial modelling and property/business analysis (ideally within Investment / Property / A-REIT sector).Pro-active & resilient – this is a fast-paced team focused on deliverables.Advanced excel skills and Hubspot (or similar).Ability to communicate to stakeholders at all levels (we call it "chunk up" and "drill down").Permanent Resident or Citizen.To express interest in this opportunity, click the APPLY button and we'll get in touch!
