Working closely with the Strategic Partnerships (Government & Industry) team, you will identify internal strengths, align them with potential industry partners, and foster productive relationships and successful partnerships that support IMB's growth. As part of the Stakeholder Partnerships Team, you will work alongside a team that will enable you to leverage expertise in advancement, business development, and marketing communications to maximise opportunities and drive impact. Collaborating with key members of the Institute Executive, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing research funding from industry partners and advancing IMB's strategic priorities, aligning efforts with the strategic research themes of both the Institute and the University. In addition to their strategic capabilities, the candidate possesses exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills, allowing them to build collaborative relationships across diverse backgrounds and sectors effectively. They are adept at developing strategies to navigate funding programs and secure financial support. Equipped with substantial knowledge of university-based innovation, contracting, and project development, they thrive in project management, performing well under pressure and meeting concurrent deadlines.
