The Opportunity:
As Head of Business Development and Strategic Growth, you will manage all strategic and operational Marketing and Sales activities, reporting to the CEO and COO. You will plan, develop and implement all marketing and sales activities and services to ensure success in line with financial targets and corporate goals and values.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Continuously improve and drive the market position by achieving financial growth and establishing long-term organisational strategic goals in conjunction with Executives and relevant management.
Direct and manage business development activities by leading a team comprising business development managers, estimators, marketing professionals, and bid professionals.
Set clear objectives to maximise individual, divisional and departmental performance. Ensure robust processes around bid no-go and commercials are formulated and followed.
Build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Act as the critical liaison between potential Clients and internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain a high-profile and premium market presence.

Your Skills and Attributes will include:
You will enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be a nimble strategic thinker to keep abreast of market research, trends and competitors.
Proven ability to lead a BD function and team to drive, secure and win extensive commercial cleaning or integrated FM service contracts ranging between $1 million and $45 million.
Demonstrated financial and commercial acumen, estimating and pricing skillsets to secure profitable and sustainable contracts.
Knowledge of the latest systems, processes and technology to enable a competitive advantage.
Skilled in new business development, client retention, forecasting and planning with expertise in growing market segments and profitability.
Knowledge of health and aged sectors would be highly regarded.
