The Head of Brand Sales Manager for K18 will ensure they maintain active and healthy relationships with our key clients, as well as leading and supporting a team of Business Development Consultants who are responsible for finding new business opportunities and managing existing clients. The position will work closely with the CEO and the Ozdare Senior Leadership Team. Your priority and focus will be on the brand K18. The opportunity will see you become a part of a successful and growing industry leader.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to deliver company objectives and achieve company set sales targets.Track sales performance by individual, team, and company as a whole.Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.Establish strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster loyalty and ensure long-term partnerships.Manage and work within the sales budget, including planning and allocation of resources.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize strategies and enhance overall business performance.Lead, support, and motivate the sales team to ensure productivity and performance, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and clients to expand the customer base.Address and resolve any concerns or challenges that may arise within the sales department.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.About You: Proven track record leading high performing sales teams.Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and key stakeholders.The ability to set up the sales team for success through leading, supporting, motivating, and coaching to drive performance and growth.Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop and implement business strategies.The capacity to adjust strategies and approaches in response to changing market conditions and business needs.Resilient under pressure and self-motivated to succeed.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM software.Experience within the Hair & Beauty industries (highly regarded).A genuine interest in the industry will see you succeed in this role.Additional Info: Interstate & regional travel will be required.Preferably VIC based (Both Head of office & Academy based in Melbourne).There will be the opportunity for international travel to "Must See" destinations.What's in it for you:You will be rewarded with a competitive base, car allowance, and bonus structure.
