based Marketing team on a permanent, full-time basis.Reporting to our well-respected Group General Manager, Marketing, and forming part of our Senior Leadership team, this role will suit a talented, commercially aware marketer who is looking for the next big challenge in their career.The roleThis is a hands-on role and you will have a wide range of responsibilities which will include:Developing strategies to effectively deliver growth and engagement across all GWA brands, in line with our stated brand portfolio strategy and as relevant to the customers markets in which our brands serve.The delivery of the strategy/execution to support effective market awareness and conversation across our GWA Group brands portfolio.Building competitive brand differentiation strategies working with sales, customer experience and marketing teams to realise growth across our target geographies.Ensuring full integration of brand marketing plans across various functional areas both within Marketing and across the broader business.Overall responsibility for all creative outputs inclusive of web promotional materials, selection of creative agencies, creative briefings, graphics, photography, etc. across the business.In addition, you will also form part of the Marketing Leadership Team and as such be our custodian of brand strategy and communications deployed in market, ensuring effective delivery of activities to support demonstrated customer awareness and engagement, lifecycle conversion, and revenue growth.About youThis is key role which will require you to have the strong, demonstrable experience as follows:A minimum of 15 years of experience in the field of brand strategy and marketing, digital, advertising and/or category managementA proven track record of success in leading strategy for brands and marketing growth within a fast-paced environment, amidst changing technologies.10+ years' experience as a highly influential and integral member of a functional / cross functional senior executive leadership teamAn analytical and creative mindset with a strong understanding of brand activations and measuring key results.Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of brand metricsA brand strategy mindset – you've navigated ambiguity and change management with an eye on future strategy.You take a pragmatic approach and have a positive, 'can-do' mindset.
