The Opportunity
Reporting to the Executive Director, Consumer Experience & Impact, the Head of Brand & Marketing is a key member of the senior leadership team, owning and enhancing the organisation's brand and marketing strategy.
The key areas of focus for this position will be to:
Lead and manage the execution of the organisation-wide complete brand and marketing strategy.
Collaborate with key members of the organisation to deliver on strategic objectives, continuing to elevate and professionalise the function.
Solidify Afford's competitive edge and market positioning through thorough market analysis.
Lead the planning, content creation, and execution of omni-channel marketing and brand campaigns.
Ensure the organisation's value proposition is embedded and understood by employees, clients, and their families.
Foster and lead a culture that is data-led, values driven, accountable and customer centric.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Relevant experience in senior management positions.
Demonstrated track record in leading brand and marketing functions, inclusive of strategy execution.
Experience delivering campaigns through multiple channels, and knowledge of working with CRM's and digital media.
Proven success leading initiatives through significant change and/or transformation.
While experience within Human Services is valuable, experience working within other highly customer centric and complex operating environments is also welcomed.
