We are seeking an experienced Brand & Marketing Manager to lead our strategy and support our growth plans.
Role Overview: As the Brand & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the marketing strategy for Stroud Homes across Australia and New Zealand.
You will build, lead and mentor an external team consisting of a Social Media Coordinator and a Graphic Designer, ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels.
Your role will focus on building brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, and driving lead generation to support the growth of the business.
You will have the ability to get into action quickly to deliver results.
You will ideally be Brisbane based with the ability to attend meetings at our Head Office in Boonah and have the flexibility to travel as required to work with our network of franchisees throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and execute a cohesive brand strategy that aligns with Stroud Homes' values of quality, transparency, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure the brand message is consistently delivered across all platforms, both digital and offline.
Marketing Campaigns: Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and outdoor media, to promote Stroud Homes' product offerings and services.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business and sales goals.
Digital & Social Media Marketing: Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Ensure strong brand storytelling and customer engagement across digital platforms.
Team Leadership: Oversee and support the external Social Media Coordinator and Graphic Designer in their day-to-day tasks.
Foster an environment of creativity and collaboration, ensuring the team delivers high-quality, on-brand content.
Content Creation & Management: Work with the marketing team and external agencies to produce compelling content that highlights Stroud Homes' unique designs, customer testimonials, and company values.
Ensure all content is aligned with the brand's messaging and vision.
Performance Analytics & Reporting: Analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights to improve future strategies.
Present regular reports to senior management on key metrics such as lead generation, website traffic, and conversion rates.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring the allocation of resources delivers the best return on investment.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with franchise owners, sales teams and end user clients to ensure marketing initiatives support broader business objectives and customer needs.
Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, ideally within the residential construction, real estate or franchise sector.
Strong understanding of brand management and experience in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns (including graphic design elements).
Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor creative professionals.
Experience working with creative teams and external agencies to produce high-quality content.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in stakeholder engagement.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field preferred but not required.
