We're currently seeking a Head of Brand to join our Melbourne based team on a 12 Month Parental leave cover.
About the role: The Head of Brand is a key member of the Brand & Content team within the Movember Experience Team .
Reporting to the Director of Brand and Content, they are responsible for operationalising Movember' s brand strategy.
They lead projects that build and measure Movember 's brand equity and oversee the application of Movember's brand guidelines to ensure a strong, consistent brand experience at every touchpoint.
Working closely with Movember 's Creative Studio, they take on strategic responsibilities, ensuring creative territories are in alignment with our brand strategy and organisation strategy.
The Head of Brand is the champion of Movember 's brand globally and is a sought after go-to leader for advice on brand best practice.
You'll have the opportunity to: Continuously operationalise Movember 's global brand strategy, championing and energising the organisation around the brand's positioning and direction Oversee the evolution and maintenance of Movember 's brand architecture, including naming and logo conventions for new Movember product brand creation In partnership with the Insights, Data and UX teams, inform and guide audience and brand research, and champion findings through creative and content ideation and execution globally Own the Movember Style Guide, TOV and Writing Guide, and associated staff education, to ensure all Movember employees utilise brand elements accurately Champion best practice brand management, communicating external case studies, keeping the wider team engaged with emerging trends, data and research Lead proactive brand projects that build Movember 's brand profile and help increase our brand health scores (e.g.
sonic branding, brand collaborations) Act as the go-to brand expert for both masterbrand and program sub-brand partnerships.
Advising the Partnerships and Marketing leads to ensure when the brand is 'borrowed' by third parties our identity, tone and values are retained.
Reverse brief to ensure major campaign creative briefs are compelling, watertight and actionable Leverage data, insights and available audience research to develop initial strategic response to the creative brief In collaboration with the Head of Creative, lead strategy, creative territory and concept presentations to core project team For this role, you'll need: Marketing degree with at least 7 years' experience in a similar role Highly developed communication skills – a strong presenter with the ability to form solid arguments in favour of the work that best meets the brief Outstanding eye for compelling and high-performing creative.
Full awareness of creative processes and design techniques.
The ability to find human insights and translate creative ideas and territories into smart strategic solutions.
Outstanding knowledge of channel format, best practice and advertising trends.
Ability to work strategically and manage relationships across a variety of backgrounds, pivoting between the needs/wants of the 'client' and a creative team, making both feel both understood and inspired.
Ability to interpret global market research and audience data to draw out insights and make sound recommendations Inquisitive with an ability to bring clarity to complex problems Exceptional project management skills including time management, budget management and stakeholder management High attention to detail with strong proof-reading skills Competitive awareness across global markets.
