Key responsibilities and outcomes include the successful financial management and KPI performance of all beverage related products, also to deliver, plan and manage activations and relationships with key partners, whilst also building platforms for the strategic development of team members and implementation of best in class beverage products for operational excellence.
THE RIGHT FITTo be successful in the role, the right fit will possess:
A collaborative leadership style - fostering teamwork and accountabilityDiligence in meeting deadlines and outcomesDemonstrated ability operating in a high-visibility, cross functional environment prioritising and managing multiple demandsA forward-thinking and proactive mindsetExperience working to and delivering on budgets with the ability to optimise costs5+ years' experience in the F&B industry in a multi-outlet / multi-venue organisation5+ years experiencing forecasting demand and supply in an F&B environmentPossession of a drivers licence and car is preferred as travel to other venues is requiredA current NSW RSA and experience working with site-specific liquor licencesAPPLYIf you believe you are the right fit and possess and can demonstrate our values day to day, then come join us.
