Key ResponsibilitiesBESS Project Delivery Spearhead the integration and delivery of utility-scale BESS projects in the National Electricity Market (NEM)Ensure successful execution of projects, including integration with SMA inverters and compatibility with local networksOversee commissioning requirements for large-scale battery systemsTechnical Leadership Provide expert guidance on battery system integration, including batteries, inverters, and system controlsDevelop strategies for integrating batteries with other OEM productsTroubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during the integration and commissioning stagesTeam Development Build and lead a specialized team focused on battery system integrationMentor junior team members and provide technical training to internal teamsBusiness Growth Collaborate with OEMs like Tesla, Sungrow, and Power ElectronicsIdentify new business opportunities in BESS and ESS projectsEstablish strong relationships with key stakeholders in the energy marketQualifications and ExperienceEssential: Proven experience in battery system integration and commissioning, preferably with major integratorsStrong track record in delivering large-scale BESS or ESS projectsIn-depth understanding of technical requirements for utility-scale battery storage projectsExcellent leadership and communication skillsPreferred: Background in OEM companies specializing in energy storage or power solutionsExperience handling 100+ MW battery projects in Australia or globallyWhat they Offer Competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualificationsOpportunity to lead innovative projects in the renewable energy sectorChance to play a critical role in advancing the global energy transitionIf you're passionate about renewable energy and have the expertise to drive large-scale BESS projects, we want to hear from you.
