General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management) Full time Transdev WA is seeking an experienced and visionary leader to transform our Asset's team culture and drive impactful change. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for leading the Transdev WA workshops to meet our evolving operational needs. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments and the leadership team to ensure ongoing success.
This role will be based out of our Fremantle Depot; however, travel to our other sites in Perth, Rockingham, and Mandurah will be required.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Be the driving force behind a positive cultural change within our assets teams. Lead the Assets function, driving the team with a clear sense of purpose and direction. Inspire and empower your team to achieve high-performance results while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, especially our Operations team and the PTA, building trust and ensuring strategic alignment. Implement robust systems and processes to drive efficiency, ensuring compliance and meeting all operational requirements. WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO COME WITH: Experience with driving positive cultural changes within a department. Significant experience in providing positive, supportive, and fair leadership within a team. Extensive & proven experience in an asset management role. Demonstrable experience in identifying and initiating positive change. Sound knowledge of relevant transport and WH&S legislation, regulations, and guidelines. Well-developed contract management skills and proven experience in negotiating the best outcomes for Transdev WA in procurement.
