This strategic leadership role is responsible for defining and executing the overall architectural vision that supports the organization's goals and digital transformation journey. As Head of Architecture, you'll oversee a talented team of architects and work closely with senior executives to ensure all systems, applications, and infrastructure align with business objectives, providing both scalability and resilience for future growth.Key Responsibilities:Define and lead the organization's architectural strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and digital transformation goals.Oversee the development of enterprise-wide architecture frameworks, including applications, data, infrastructure, and security.Lead and mentor a team of architects, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, evaluate technology solutions, and drive alignment on architectural best practices.Conduct regular reviews of architectural standards to ensure robustness, scalability, and alignment with emerging technologies and regulatory requirements.Evaluate and implement innovative technology solutions to support organizational growth, efficiency, and customer experience improvements.Candidate Profile:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Extensive experience in architecture leadership roles, ideally within retail, e-commerce, or a similar fast-paced industry.Proven expertise with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.Strong technical knowledge of enterprise-level systems and platforms, including cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), data management, and security.Exceptional strategic thinking, influencing, and leadership skills, with a track record of driving large-scale transformation.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience engaging executive-level stakeholders.Relevant certifications in enterprise or cloud architecture (e.g., TOGAF, cloud certifications) are a plus.
