This is a rare opportunity to shape the security architecture practice across our entire ecosystem – from applications to operational technology, cloud infrastructure, identity and access management, and more.What you'll be doingBuild and Lead a High-Performing Team: Establish and grow a top-tier team of Principal and Solution Architects. Champion Security by Design and foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge-sharing.Drive Security Strategy: Develop and maintain a forward-thinking security architecture framework, reusable patterns, and governance processes. Collaborate with senior leadership, including the CISO, GM Architecture, and CIO, to ensure security is embedded in strategic planning, procurement, and project delivery.Integrate and Elevate Security Practices: Collaborate with key business units to ensure security architecture is an integral part of the project lifecycle. Lead security architecture across our customer market, trading, and operational technology domains, developing technology implementation plans and integrating with the broader cybersecurity transformation program.Engage Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with internal and external partners, providing expert guidance on industry standards and regulations such as Consumer Data Rights, NIST/AESCSF, and ISO 27001. Influence executive-level decision-making and promote security best practices across the enterprise.About youWhat you'll bring to the tableProven experience as an Architecture Manager, Practice Lead, or Senior Enterprise Architect, with deep knowledge of Zero Trust frameworks, OT/IT systems, network architecture, and security engineering.Strategic Vision: Demonstrated success in developing and executing security roadmaps and architecture strategies within complex enterprise environments.Technology Excellence: A strong leader, grounded in technology, with hands-on expertise on Zero-Trust security modelling, proactive cybersecurity practices, identity and access management, operational and physical security, and/or cloud security. Able to coach and mentor security architects, engineers and security advisors through real-life experiences and examples.Leadership Excellence: A strong leader who inspires and motivates high-performing teams while nurturing talent development and career growth. Proven ability to build a positive and collaborative work environment.Security Champion: A passion for security architecture with the ability to articulate the value of Security by Design through key metrics. Expertise in risk assessments, securing network protocols, and embedding security into end-to-end IT processes.Strong Communication Skills: A skilled communicator who can translate complex security concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
