We are seeking an experienced Head of Applications to lead our talented team of developers and play a crucial role in our nationwide digital transformation.
As the Head of Applications, you will report directly to the General Manager of Technology and manage a team of 15 developers across front-end, back-end, and cloud.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and expand a team of skilled developers.Collaborate with the GM to shape the technology roadmap and future state of the applications department.Drive the delivery of the engineering team.Foster exceptional User Experience through mobile development experience.About You: You have a strong .NET and Azure technical background.You have proven experience managing teams of 15+ engineers.You have hands-on experience with either React or Angular, ideally with some mobile development experience.You possess a proactive, can-do attitude with experience in large-scale transformations.You have experience managing and engaging with difficult stakeholders.Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
