Job DescriptionThis newly created role is responsible for design, implementation and management of our new Sales & Service Enablement Function, as critical to building a best-practice sales and service team across APAC.
You will lead the design and execution of a multi-channel training & education strategy, that enables SEEK to build internal capability so that our teams are consistently driving customer acquisition, engagement and adoption of our products and services, through ROI and solution based sales methodologies.
Key responsibilities: Develop an innovative education strategy that addresses the skills needed for SEEK to support the sales and support teams in driving sales, retention and adoption through scalable learning experiences;Lead the creation, delivery and evolution of a blended learning program to deliver competency across leadership, industry knowledge, product knowledge and sales, service and support capability.Develop and implement technology platforms and content to educate our internal teams, and to engage customers through content that support efforts to drive utilisation and adoption of products and services.Importantly, balance these strategic imperatives to support APAC efficiency and scale, with local content and support where and when required.Day to day: Manage a diverse team including strategy, content & curriculum development, training, events and Quality Assurance.Keep up-to-date and be the 'expert' of education related trends, technical knowledge and innovations.Develop and lead delivery, instructional design, quality assurance and certifications.Drive robust learning curriculum across multiple audiences and functions.QualificationsLeading a large team across strategic, execution and delivery roles the ideal candidate will have extensive experience:
Leading and establishing internal training, education or enablement functions across sales and service organisations, preferably in a SaaS or technology-based business with geographically dispersed teams.Ability to lead the selection, implementation and support of tools and technologies to scale and enable team and employee.Experience implementing significant programs of change within an organisation, from project justification (ROI) to requirements gathering, solution design, cross-functional execution and change management.Extensive experience in educating, training, and certifying professionals using both traditional and digital applications.High degree of technical capability to learn the SEEK product portfolio, value proposition, and how customers use SEEK products across different markets.Demonstrated experience in driving innovation and change to improve efficiencies and the effectiveness of content development, delivery, and management.Proven large scale program development and execution.Additional InformationAt SEEK we offer: Annual Performance Bonus PlanSupport of flexible working, including a mix of office and work from home days depending on your role.Paid and unpaid leave benefits including Personal Flexi Days and Volunteer Days, as well as the opportunity to purchase additional leave.Support for parents with 14 weeks paid primary carers leave and 2 weeks paid leave for partners.The opportunity to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per financial year.SEEKer Support, a confidential service that offers employees up to six sessions with a mental health professional of your choice.Free income protection insurance.Access to a wide range of discounts on things such as health insurance, fitness, food, travel, accommodation plus many more.Frequent events including sports days, annual Christmas party, hackathon, and trivia.At SEEK, we are passionate about fostering a culture of inclusion and wellbeing that embraces and values the diversity of our people.
