Join the team We are looking for a visionary Head of Analytics to lead our supply chain analytics team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading complex analytics initiatives, such as digital twins and supply chain control towers, and possess a deep understanding of process digitalization.
Knowledge of domestics and international supply chain processes will be advantageous.
As the Head of Analytics, you will play a critical role in driving strategic decision-making, fostering collaboration across regions, and championing a data-driven culture within our organization.
What you'll be doing As a Head of Analytics (Supply Chain Transformation) working for Kmartyou will:
Lead and drive the development of advanced analytics strategies within the supply chain domain, with a focus on initiatives like digital twins and supply chain control tower implementations.Foster a balanced approach to strategy that combines big-picture vision with detailed analysis, empowering the team to tackle initiatives with depth and flexibility.Manage a team of data and analytics professionals to develop data products that support key business decision-making processes in the supply chain, such as Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE).
