We're looking for seasoned Amazon FBA Managers with at least 4-5 years of relevant experience managing teams and 8-figure Seller Central accounts. You will be the 'tip of the spear' for all things Amazon Seller Central, reporting directly to the Founder of our business. You will oversee the operations of Amazon marketplaces across 4 locations. You will manage our Listings, Launch, and Amazon Paid Marketing departments. Sound interesting? Read on... Your main responsibilities will include: First Responder: Your detail-oriented nature will enable you to quickly spot issues that arise on our Amazon listings. Whether it's a listing takedown, Account Health issues, or challenges with ranking and performance, you will be our eyes and ears for all things Amazon, giving the Founder confidence that issues are uncovered and solutions identified early. Launch: Partnering with our Creative and Launch team, you will coordinate many moving parts to ensure listings are optimized pre-launch, and all elements of the launch plan work seamlessly. Listing Optimization: Identifying sub-optimal listings and working with our brand management and creative teams to enhance listings, optimizing CTR and CVR. Tracking and Reporting: Tracking key data for each product daily/weekly to uncover issues or optimization opportunities quickly. Strong working knowledge of Amazon reporting and 3rd-party software like Helium10, SoStocked, and Datarova is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is a bonus. Technology Integration: Leveraging 3rd-party software for analytics, repricing, PPC management, and more to drive business value. New Strategy Execution: Staying up to date with Amazon's ever-changing landscape and implementing new ideas and strategies to maximize sales in our Marketplace Operations department. People Management: As a senior member of our Marketplace Operations team, you will work cross-functionally, have challenging conversations when necessary, and drive team performance. Communication: Effective communication with the Founder is critical. You'll ensure they are confident about priorities and fully informed on any issues. While Amazon is a key channel, Shopify represents a large portion of our sales and is a strategic focus for growth. This is NOT a PPC management role. Technical Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in navigating Seller Central and using associated 3rd-party software. Team Player: We are a small, tight-knit team of approximately 10, and collaboration is key to achieving common goals. Honesty and Reliability: Transparency and consistency are non-negotiable values for success in this role. Curious Mind: Stay on top of current Amazon strategies, and enjoy testing new ideas to optimize our results. Work Setup: Fast internet and a professional home office setup are mandatory. A speed test and backup power plan are required. Time Zone Flexibility: You must be able to work Australian business hours (AEST) with at least 4 hours of overlap, particularly during your onboarding phase.
