If this sounds like you, apply today.The RoleThe Growth Ops Division encompasses various distribution, fulfilment, and service channels, including White Label Partnership Brands, Owned Brands, Aggregation, Performance Media Partners, and Alliance Product partnerships for Travel Insurance, Life Insurance, and Roadside Assistance. Reporting to the Associate Director of Partnerships & Alliances, this role will drive the growth of Alliance Product Partnerships by supporting strategy development, executing key strategic priorities, managing contracts and service levels, overseeing relationships, and ensuring compliance with risk frameworks. The role will also support sales initiatives with Marketing, Media & Acquisition, and White Label teams, while fostering a positive, high-performance team culture.This is a contract position through to 30th June 2025.Key ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities for the role are made of four main focus points; leadership, high performance, risk & compliance, and commercial success.Leader AccountabilitiesCollaborate with Partnerships & Alliances and Growth Ops Leadership to develop and execute divisional strategic objectives.Translate strategy into operational plans covering financial, operational, people, customer, risk, and community outcomes.Monitor industry trends and regulations to propose relevant initiatives.Lead the Alliance Product Team to support product growth and strategic objectives using T-shaped leadership.Develop talent in line with workforce, succession, and performance frameworks.Manage P&L, sales, and customer experience metrics, and ensure financial objectives are met.Optimise resources, manage partner contracts, and prioritise competing initiatives.Drive High Performance Alliance Product Partnership Operating RhythmsBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive product growth.Lead daily performance, account management, and service levels for Alliance Product Partners.Collaborate across business units to deliver exceptional customer experiences (sales, service, claims).Lead key account engagement, including WIPs, monthly meetings, and steering committees.Develop and maintain governance frameworks to ensure compliance with partner agreements and data protection.Manage audits, incidents, breaches, and compliance, supported by the Growth Ops GRC team.Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure compliance and identify improvement areas.Commercial & Strategic InitiativesDrive growth and innovation through effective contract and commercial management of partnerships.Support key contract negotiations and manage tender processes.Work with internal stakeholders to plan, prioritise, and deliver product initiatives and innovations.Lead the launch and maintenance of new partnerships and distribution channels for Alliance Products.Identify and drive business cases and initiatives for product growth and profitability.Qualifications & ExperienceFormal qualifications in a relevant area such as a Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or Accounting.5-10 years Industry experience with proven experience in operational risk management and track record of high performance.Demonstrated strong understanding of the legislative, regulatory and compliance obligations relevant to the distribution and management of Roadside, Travel & Life Insurance Products (with particular regard being given to previous claims management experience).Demonstrated strong B2B & B2C experience of developing and managing relationships, contracts, compliance, risk, and quality assurance frameworks.Strong understanding of the end to end customer experience and products, including distribution, sales, service, claims and complaints management, including relevant performance metrics.Location – Our office is conveniently based in Toowong Village shopping centre - a city fringe location with access to retail, restaurants, various parking options and public transport.Extra leave - Enjoy additional leave days on us!
