We are currently seeking a Head of Admissions for a fixed-term parental leave contract for 12 months. This role may be undertaken at 0.8 or full time commencing from the beginning of the 2025 School year.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Community & Development, you will lead our Admissions team and be responsible for all aspects of the School's local and international enrolment and scholarship processes. This includes management of:
All enrolments administration including reporting.Schedules for tours and interviews for new students.Student onboarding in collaboration with education stakeholders (book lists, subjects, bus information, uniform).Student enrolment records - current and future.A waitlist of prospective students.Revised processes and its impact on key stakeholders.You will have the ability to achieve relevant enrolment targets in line with the School's Strategic Plan and inform marketing and communication material to support those targets. You will enjoy sharing the Toorak College experience with prospective families, in the form of personal and small group tours and Open Days.
A key aspect of this position is ensuring that international student enrolment requirements are met. You will also support the Principal to:
Maintain existing international agent relationships.Prepare materials for international expos and events. About You: A strong awareness of current educational trends relevant to Toorak College.Proven ability to lead a small, focused team to achieve high productivity and outstanding results.Skilled at building connections and relating effectively to people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.High organisational skills with strong attention to detail.Strong experience in the development and refinement of systems and processes to support a thriving digital enrolments function.Experience with Funnel or similar online enrolment platforms.Why Choose Toorak College?
