Manage expense claims, cash reports, and coordinate with finance on Capex, Opex, and headcount reviews. Oversee client payments and office-related financial matters.
Operations Management:
Handle facility, asset, and vendor management, including office rentals, IT assets, and travel coordination.
Compliance and Risk:
Ensure regulatory compliance, oversee insurance accounts, and manage trust accounts.

Oversee payroll processing (which is outsourced), leave management, and HR systems, ensuring smooth operations for payroll and compliance.

You will possess:
Proven experience in financial management, payroll oversight, and compliance.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams, ideally in matrix environments.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships across the firm.
Great organisational skills with excellent time management abilities.
A degree in business, accounting, or a related field is highly desirable.

This role offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment where your contributions are valued. You'll benefit from a range of wellbeing initiatives, including generous support for personal and professional development. The firm prides itself on fostering a supportive culture that encourages innovation, teamwork, and personal growth.
